Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your mirror in its original protective foam and double-walled box to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Affix the provided return label to the box and schedule a courier pickup or drop the item off at a designated shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
